Follow these easy steps to officially start planning your next adventure!

Step 1: Inquiry Form

Start by submitting your trip details, travel style, dates, and destination preferences. 

This form gives me the details I need to understand your trip goals, preferences, and budget. 

The more you share, the better I can customize your experience. 

Step 2: Schedule Your Planning Call

After reviewing your form, you'll schedule a call so we can talk through your dream experience, budget, preferences, and goals.

During this call, we’ll talk through your wishlist, answer questions, and outline the best travel options for you. 

Pour yourself a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! It’s relaxed, collaborative, and all about crafting the right experience. 

Step 3: Download Your Welcome Packet
Receive your overview of our process, expectations, and planning options.

Step 4: Pay Your Planning Fee (if applicable)

Your planning fee secures my time, expertise, and professional access to trusted travel partners. 

It’s the step that transforms ideas into a real, beautifully organized itinerary. 

Our Services 

• Single Hotel Bookings- No Fee ($200/night minimum)

• Cruise Planning - No Fee (cancellation fee is $250)

• All-Inclusive Resorts - No Fee (cancellation fee is $250)

• Disney Packages  - No Fee (cancellation fee is $250)

• Group Travel Planning - $500 (10 or more people)

• Travel Coaching - negotiable rate

Airfare Only Research and Booking

$100/person for International Flights

$50/person for Domestic Flights

• We can use your points and miles!

• Preferred carriers and aircraft

• Cabin upgrades to premium economy or business class

• Options aligned with the client’s travel style

Custom Itinerary Travel Design ($250) up to 4 people (additional travelers $50 each)

For Multi-day U.S. or simple international trips. Includes consultation, itinerary creation, all bookings, restaurant, tour and activity recommendations, and total trip management and support

Premium Multi‑City International Planning ($350) up to 4 people (additional travelers $50 each)

For International Multi-stop tours and adventures. Includes consultation, itinerary creation, all bookings, restaurant, tour, and activity recommendations, bookings, custom routes (self-drive or bus/ferry/rail), trip management, and support.

Step 5: Itinerary Design & Proposal

You’ll receive a beautifully curated trip proposal tailored to your travel vision, complete with hotels, tours, experiences, and pricing.

Step 6: Booking & Travel Support

Once approved, all reservations are secured and confirmed for you. You’ll receive concierge-style support every step of the way.
