TERMS & CONDITIONS

2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations

We are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

The booking passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment to 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel-related services.

BOOKING ACCURACY / LEGAL NAMES

Passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions.

Passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the passengers’ LEGAL first & last names. It is mandatory that guest names be identical to the Passenger(s) LEGAL first and last names and identical to the names as they appear on booking and travel documents.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Passenger(s) assumes sole responsibility to independently confirm all documentation requirements for all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry and/or travel requirements of each destination. Passenger(s) assumes sole responsibility for and hereby releases 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations from any claims or responsibility for any and all damages incurred as a result of Passenger(s)’ failure to comply with applicable documentation requirements, including but not limited to the requirement that all Passengers procure, and have on their person the proper travel documents at all times.

2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations recommends the Passenger(s) consult with the appropriate domestic and foreign governmental agencies for the current document requirements.

PAYMENTS

2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard. 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations holds reservations until the “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If the deposit/payment is not received by 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations on or before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically canceled.

Passenger(s) voluntarily hold 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card.

PRICING

Prices and availability quoted by 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations are not guaranteed until the deposit is fully paid. Passenger agrees that 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations is not responsible for errors or omissions in quotes, advertisements, or supplier pricing discrepancies.

2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations reserves the right to charge Passenger(s) for any increase in taxes, fees, or surcharges.

AIRFARE

a. General Conditions Governing Air Transport
With regard to the purchase of air tickets, 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations acts solely as an intermediary between you and the airline. Airline tickets are subject to airline rules and restrictions.

You agree to confirm all bookings with the airline prior to departure (2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations recommends confirming 72 hours prior).

2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations will not provide any refund for Trips missed, in part or full.

b. Prohibited Practices
Where a ticket is purchased and used in violation of airline rules, 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations and the air carrier may take actions permitted by law.

c. Loss of Air Tickets
If tickets are lost or stolen, 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations advises immediate contact with law enforcement and the airline.

d. Luggage
Each airline’s baggage policies apply. 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations strongly recommends travel insurance covering baggage loss or damage.

e. Limitation of Liability for Air Transport
YOU AGREE THAT 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO AIRLINE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, OR LOST BAGGAGE.

ACCOMMODATIONS & ACTIVITIES

All accommodation descriptions, classifications, and availability are subject to local standards. 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations makes no guarantee regarding exact accommodations or amenities.

You agree that 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations is not liable for unavailable activities, supplier changes, or conditions beyond its control.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

PLANNING FEES & CANCELLATION FEES

All planning, consultation, and service fees charged by 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations are non-refundable, regardless of whether travel is booked, canceled, postponed, or modified. Planning fees compensate for professional time, research, supplier coordination, itinerary design, and administrative services already rendered.

All cancellations are subject to applicable supplier penalties and may be subject to an additional cancellation fee imposed by 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Cancellation fees are separate from and in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.

Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that planning fees are earned upon receipt and are not contingent upon travel completion.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations is limited to advising you of the need for coverage and is not responsible for claims decisions, coverage denials, or policy administration.

AGENT / INTERMEDIARY ROLE

2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations acts solely as an intermediary and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other suppliers. Passenger(s) agree to hold 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations harmless for supplier actions beyond its control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Passenger(s) agree that 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations is not liable for damages arising from acts of God, government actions, weather, illness, terrorism, supplier failures, or travel risks.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Terms and Conditions may be amended by 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations at any time without notice.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Oregon, governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Passenger(s) waive the right to file suit against 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations.

FINAL RELEASE

The client expressly releases and discharges 2 MuchFun Travel LLC/Dream Vacations from all claims, demands, injuries, or damages, including those arising from negligence, and acknowledges this as a full waiver of liability.
