We're back baking! Weekly menu is now updated every Saturday at 5pm.
Slice and Freeze
As we live in a hot and humid environment, we highly recommend slicing and freezing if you plan to keep the bread for up to a week
Reheating
Toast slices directly
or if whole loaf is frozen, defrost and reheat in 200c oven with a spritz of water or reheat frozen in the oven at a lower temperature
Paperbags and paper containers only (Loaves and plain rolls)
You may keep the loaf in the paperbag and slice as needed or you can place it in a basket and cover it with a towel
We do not use plastic as we don't recommend keeping the loaf in plastic at room temperature
We recommend to transfer soft rolls to a container to maintain its' softness but again, not more than 3 days as it will spoil quickly. Freeze and reheat in a toaster oven or oven for best results
Filled rolls (cinnamon rolls, chocolate cinnies) and flatbreads are best eaten on the same day
Simply reheat in the oven with a spritz of water at 200c
For immediate eating: Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds with a sprinkle of water
