Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions you must agree to for 2 Agnar Mews are:

• Verification:

First time direct bookers to 2 Agnar Mews need to verify their details, as is required by most travel booking sites.

I will need you to supply the following when you confirm your booking:

• Copy of Photo ID,

• Proof of address not older than 3 months,

• Telephone number, and

• Email address.

Returning guests will not have to re-verify.

• Payment conditions:

(Note! Payment conditions may be handled differently by the various travel sites), but for direct booking:

• • 50% deposit

to secure this booking and have these dates held for you for up to 30 days before the check-in date,

Details will follow when you confirm the conditions.

• • Final payment

Must be received at least 30 days before the check-in date.

We will be communicating around that time but will keep these dates as strict as possible.

• • Breakage deposit: R2,000

Can be paid anytime but must be received by your final payment not less than 30 days before the check-in date.

This will be refunded to your bank account or to your mobile phone within 2 weeks after your departure if the townhouse is left in good order.

• • Cancellations

Booking made more than a month (>30days) in advance:

You may cancel up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full deposit refund.

Cancellation within 30 days of the check-in date, you will forfeit half of the deposit. Any other payments made will be refunded.

Cancellation within 14 days of the check-in date, you will forfeit the full deposit. Any other payments made will be refunded.

Cancellation within 7 days of the check-in date, you will forfeit all payments made.

Booking made less than a month (<=30days) in advance:

You may cancel up to 14 days before the check-in date for a full deposit refund.

Cancellation within 14 days of the check-in date, you will forfeit half of the deposit. Any other payments made will be refunded.

Cancellation within 7 days of the check-in date, you will forfeit all payments made.

Note! Should we get replacement guests for your cancelled dates, you will be refunded all payments replaced by the new guests.
All refunds can be deposited to your bank account or sent to your phone via FNB eWallet.

• Vehicle details:

For security purposes, you will need to supply the registration numbers and details of the vehicles your group will be arriving in as soon as you have these details.

This info is shared with the residents to make them aware of the other cars entering and leaving the complex.

• Agree to the townhouse & complex rules:

Agnar Mews is a small, quiet, 5-unit residential townhouse complex.

You must agree to abide by the rules of 2 Agnar Mews and the Agnar Mews complex:

• • Parking

There is limited parking in the complex. Always use the attached garage of 2 Agnar Mews to store a car.

If there are 2 cars, store the smallest in the garage as it is quite tight for a large vehicle.

The 2^nd car must be parked in a visitors parking bay.

• • Visitors Parking

Also quite tight but can fit 2 cars. Please park as tight as possible to the side to allow a second car alongside and as deep as possible.

• • Arrival offloading or departure packing

If not done in the garage, do this in the courtyard in front of the townhouse and as quickly as possible to avoid blocking the access to other residents.

Please move your vehicle if residents need to enter or exit their garages

• • Vehicles in the courtyard

While offloading or packing, please don’t leave the car idling. The small courtyard is adjacent to bedroom windows and exhaust fumes and the noise will annoy the residents.

• • No events or loud parties

As mentioned, this is a small residential complex. Please consider the residents at all times.

• • No smoking

Please, no smoking in the townhouse, not even on the upper balcony.

It is okay to smoke on the downstairs patio. Please make use of the red ashtray provided (under the kitchen sink) and leave it outside by the gas braai for cleaning.

Please do not leave butts on the patio or in the garden

• • No pets

Unfortunately no guest's pets are allowed. There may be resident's dogs on the premises.
