This unit is ideal holiday accommodation for a family or 2 or for a group of sport tourists. All beds are extra-length for your comfort.
Note! the extra-length King and Queen beds can be split into twins should that be required, please request the configuration once the booking is confirmed.
Main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The 2 bedrooms downstairs share a full bathroom. Full bathrooms have a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The 3rd room is a day/TV room that leads out onto the patio and braai/barbecue area. It contains a day/TV couch that can be made up into a full size single bed. In the entrance hall is a desk and comfortable office chair should you have to do some computer work while visiting.
There is a 5-stage water filter system that delivers pure clean water in the kitchen. Use this to fill the ice trays for pure water ice during your stay.
Our linen and towels are professionally laundered for your comfort, to preserve the quality of the percale linen and to ensure they are sanitized to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Our towels include a beach towel for each guest.
If you have any question or special requirements, please contact your host or the home manager/caretaker who will make every effort to accommodate your requests.We will use a WhatsApp group for communication purposes before and during your visit.
You will have exclusive use of this townhouse during your stay.
There is a lockable garage for a single car and limited shared visitor parking on-site within the gated complex.

This townhouse now has a mountain bicycle (MTB) for your use.
It has standard pedals. No need for clip-on shoes.

The MTB and bike rack is mounted and stored on the rear wall of the garage. Remove off the wall carefully to avoid injury. Please rinse the bike off if you do any muddy trails.
There is a full set of Taylormade R11 golf clubs and a ClickGear golf push trolley for your use at the townhouse. These are stiff-shafted clubs: Driver, 3 Wood, 3 Hybrid, 4 Hybrid, steel shafted Irons from 5 down to 9, there are 4 wedges from 48⁰ Pitching, 52⁰ Gap/Approach, 56⁰ Sand and 60⁰ Lob. An Oddessy White Hot #7 putter and golf umbrella. There are tees and some balls to be replaced for the next guest if you lose too many; 2nd hand balls will do just fine.
These are my personal items for use when I'm there. Please look after them as you would your own equipment.

When stopped in front of the unit for unloading or loading, please don't leave the engines running because there are bedrooms adjacent to the courtyard, the noise and fumes will disturb residents.
As soon as possible, please move the vehicle into the garage or to the visitors parking.
