The essence of the idea is that residents must care for the public goods, infrastructure, streets and other assets in their neighborhood and vicinity. CV Raman Marg is a 2-km long artery on the edge of Okhla ward. Also, our focus for the purpose of maintaining and completing the network of sidewalks. For the core group, the objective is that we use this platform (25commons) to bring together the communities and stakeholders—that benefit from this vital asset—to work with each other and the public agencies to improve its health.
Area of Focus
Values
Inclusiveness: develop a broad understanding of the fundamental issues that affect the people in the ward (ungated and gated colonies, urban villages).
Respect for each individual: The affiliated members are to co-operate, collaborate and support the mandate of the public agencies responsible for providing services and maintaining the neighborhood. This is not a forum for complaints and grievances. The approach note will always begin with a can-do spirit.
Punctuality: Show up on time for any scheduled meeting. Please!
Sense of ownership: This part is not to be confused with the intolerable cousin called "Sense of entitlement".
Robustness: We will strive for robust solutions, not band-aids, quick-fixes, or quick attention.
