INTRODUCTION : Hello! Welcome to my showcase.
My name is Sultan Yaren Tiryaki. In this course, I enjoyed exploring creative ways to express different themes each week. I used various tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva and this process helped me improve my creativity. While working on these projects, I learned
how important prompts, colors and composition are in visual storytelling.
Each image represents my thoughts and feelings about the themes we studied such as kindness and paradox. Creating these visuals helped me express ideas in a more creative and personal way. I hope you enjoy looking at my work.
KINDNESS:
This picture shows a kind man giving his seat to a tired pregnant woman. The scene has soft pastel colors, creating a gentle and warm feeling. It expresses kindness and care.
GROWTH:
In this image, young child is watching a small plant that grow in the soil. There are three plants in different sizes. The smallest one is sleeding, the second one is a bit taller, and the last one have bigger green leaves. I really like that image because that looks like very peaceful and the sunlight make the scene warm. It feels like a calm moment in a garden.
I create this image because I wanted to show the idea of growing. For me, the child is representing curiosity and learning. The plant also represent progress and how something change slowly. When I look at this picture, I feel that growth takes time and we should be patient. This is important for me because I also want to improve in my own life.
When I was creating the image,I try to use simple colors and a realistic style. Overall, this image show us the growth of step by step.
PARADOX:
This image shows a strong paradox between destruction and rebirth. In the middle, a person is standing in front of a bright line, which looks like it is splitting the world into two. On the left side, everything is almost totally destroyed. There is a huge atomic explosion, the buildings are fall down and the ground looks very dry. When I look this side, I feel like the world is ending and there is no hope for the future.
But the right side is completely different. The sunlight is soft and warm, and the land begins like a small desert with only few plants. When the scene goes further these plants becoming bigger and turning into green forests. There are tall buildings in the distance that shows a new clean future. This part feels more peaceful and makes me think life can start again.
The person in the middle seems confused like he don’t know which side to choose. This image8 show us that destruction and rebirth can exist together. Even if something finish, something new can beginning. This paradox reminds us that hope sometimes comes after the darkest moments.
ORDER AND CHAOS:
These images is about chaos and order. There are many people around the main character, but they are blurry and unclear. Even though the place is crowded and man feels alone. The strong red colors make the atmosphre heavy and stressful. This shows chaos in emotions. As the images go on, order slowly starts to appear. A soft light comes from above. The character is still in the same environment but something begins to change inside him. The red colors do not disappear, they just become lighter. This shows that chaos doesn’t end suddenly. In the next images, the man stands up. The other people are gone and the space feels more open. The light looks like daylight. This moment shows order. The man is still inside the red colors, so his past and problems are still there. But now he looks calmer and stronger. In the last image, the man floats slightly in the air. He is not flying just rising slowly. This shows freedom and self understanding. We put these images together to show journey from chaos to order. They are connected by the same character, similar colors and changing light. The collection shows that order can exist inside chaos not after it.
