INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone!
My name is Ahmet Talha Erdem and I am a student at Bilkent University. This is my page of what I done in the whole "AI EPW" course. I am interested in ideas , learning and understanding the world around us. Druing this course , my creativity and my "AI" knowledge delevoped. I learned that AI image generation is not just about giving prompts but being clear , patient and imaginative at the same time . My favorite part of this project was seeing my ideas become visible and meaningful images. This experience helped me understand creativity in a new and modern way. Thanks for Ramsey Teacher.
KİNDNESS
A young man kindly holds an old mans hands in warm light. It shows kindness and respect. Also the quality is really nice. All of those represents kindness in a different ways
GROWTH
This is a image with a small growing plant standing the middle of grass. The plant has many buds and it looks they will blow up soon. The leaves , the sunlight and the colors of the image is the way I want such as the sunlight is soft yellow gives the image warm feeling, the grass and leaves are different tones of green and lastly the way AI use these color, the image becomes more calm and natural, which is great. The growing plant means new beginnings and growth. There is a famous sentence which is from ‘’Waiting For Godot’’ is ‘’We are all waiting for Godot to come’’. This referance means: Every human on this Earth waiting for someone or something for their whole life. The other referance is also from waiting for godot which is ‘’Nothing happened, nobody comes, nobody goes, thats awful’’. The lesson we need to learn from this quotation is growth is a common thing for all of us , however, waiting is a subjective event such as flowers waiting for the sun , birds waiting for their parents to feed them and all human waiting for something for different reasons. In a sense, this photo feel peace, calm and politeness. I really liked the way AI create the photo.
PARADOX
I made this image because I want to show a paradox about knowledge. The sentence ‘’Everything I know is that I know nothing’’ is a famous paradox from Socrates. I want to mention this sentence because this sentence represents my life style. It looks like two opposite ideas, but together they tell a deeper truth. In the image, the old man holds a light bulb , which means knowledge an ideas. Around him , there are many question marks and letters flying. This shows that even when we learn something , there are many things we don’t understand. The paradox is simple, the more we know , the more we see how little is our knowledge. This reminds me that learning is never complete and that questions are as important as the answers.
ORDER AND CHAOS
This image shows that a large city with a very high population. Many people are waiting in long lines and public areas are crowded . I created this image to represent how daily life in big cities can feel slow and stresfull. Even simple tasks require patience because of the number of people. The dark theme represents pressure , fatigue and emotional weight . It shows how people may feel tired or lost in crowded in urban life . However, the city is not disorganized . That means , even in things we saw as chaos, there is also has an order . The lines are straight , people move in the same direction and buildings are arranged carefully. This shows that even in chaos , there is also an order. Although the enviroment is crowded, rules and routines keep life moving. The image express the balance between chaos and order in modern city life.
