We offer a variety of membership types and rates, tailored by location. Please review the rates for your specific gym. Memberships are non-transferable and generally non-refundable, though exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis. Members must be aged 15 or older. Members aged 15–17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on sign up. Members can choose a designated start date. Changes to memberships need to be requested and confirmed via email only.
Commitment: Minimum 12-month term.
Payments: Debited fortnightly.
Post-Term: After 12 months, rate remains the same but they receive 'Flexi' benefits. e.g. no cancellation fee after the initial 12-months and unlimited freeze.
Membership Freeze: Up to 4 weeks total within the 12-month period. Ensure to note when this is used.
Cancellation: Early termination incurs a $100 ($150 at STG) fee or the remaining contract balance.
If a Results member wants access to classes, okay to disregard commitment and changeover to Xpress.
Commitment: No lock-in contract for ultimate flexibility.
Payments: Debited fortnightly.
Membership Freeze: Unlimited freezes — as often and for as long as needed. Minimum two-weeks due to the fortnightly billing cycle.
Cancellation: Members must email a cancellation request to your location. Only accept cancellations via written confirmation, avoid via phone or in-person. Members can opt to cease their membership via the app.

Includes group fitness classes, pilates (VHR) and body composition scans (STG).
Follows FLEXI membership guidelines for freezes and cancellations.
Commitment: Upfront payment for 12 months of access.
Benefits: The most cost-effective option for long-term members.
Restrictions: No freezes or cancellations. Refunds or transfers may be considered only on compassionate grounds. #WeCare
If an Annual member wants to change over to Xpress, either use the amount they have paid as credit to their Xpress payments or charge them the weekly difference between Xpress and Annual per week.
For temporary/ prepaid memberships (e.g. for those visiting or 3-month memberships) this should be either offered as:

Activation fee + flexi amount per week
e.g. if someone is here for 4 weeks @ $20 flexi rate
= $79 + (4 x 20) = $159 OR 4 x $59 weekly rate = $236.
Provides the member access to the facilities that day. This can be multiple times that day if they want.
Can be purchased online or during staffed hours.

Provides the member access to the gym, classes and reformers (2 credits) for 7 days.
Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up tasks are scheduled to engage with trial users during and after their trial period to encourage membership conversion.

Encourage frequent visits — Fitness Passport pays per visit (no weekly fee charged to the member).
Same as above, if a Fitness Passport members want to join in on classes. The fortnightly amount is the difference between the Flexi and Xpress fee.
Cost: $1 extra, paid weekly.
Flexibility: Pay only for the days used. Pause anytime for at least one week at no cost.
Pause Management: Utilise the Pause function (not Freeze) for seamless roster alignment.
