Any Other: They have selected this during the checkout process, but abandoned it before completion.
Lead Follow Up:
Goal: Convert the lead into a signed-up member or schedule an orientation.
Immediate Contact: Call the leads as soon as possible to answer questions and address concerns.
Successful Contact: If a successful sale, move on to the sign up process. If it was a phone call conversation - note down what was spoken and move to ‘contacted’ and set any appropriate tasks to follow up.
No Answer: Email the lead, add a follow-up task 2 days after and move to ‘Attempted Contact’.
Unsuccessful Contact/ Uninterested: After multiple attempts of contacting or a negative response (2 calls & 2 emails) > select the 3 dots to move to ‘deal lost’ bin.
Calendar > add > appointment > fill in the appropriate details.
Key Points:
Timely Follow-Up: Speed to lead is important. Address leads as soon as possible, add tasks to follow-up.
Persistence: There is a fine line between being proactive and pestering the lead - 2 phone call attempts is good.
Track Progress: Monitor lead progress and adjust your approach as needed. Ensure to note everything that is completed so the team is aware of contacts.

Leads Automated into Gym Flow:
As soon as someone enters via Facebook/Instagram, their details will now automatically be added into Gym Flow. They will also get sent an email straight away mentioning a free trial.

Email Notifications:
You’ll receive an email titled “Facebook Comp Lead”.
This email will show:
Which competition they entered
Why they want to join 24fit
Please copy this info into their Gym Flow profile notes so everything stays in one place.
How to Comp Contact Leads:
Phone first, no emails initially.
Personalise the conversation.
Reference their goals (e.g., “I saw your goal is to lose 10kg before next year, how can we support you with that?”).
Follow-up:
Try at least 2 calls + 1 follow-up email.
After this, you can move them to “deal lost” if needed.
