Details of Incident
Water carrier was 70 meters from play and disputes the decision made by the controlling field umpire. This was audible from 25 meters away from where I was standing side on. A free kick was paid down the field and the water carrier conitnued to argue with myself about the decision. He was stated “I dont care because you didnt make a call earlier a girl is now in hospital.” He has then recieved a yellow card and told he needed to leave the ground. He has continued to argue with myself and told me to F*** off as i told him he needs to leave the ground. After he has stated this a red card has been shown, he has begun to walk away and stated you are now taking a water carrier away from these girls. I informed him he was on report in which he again told me to F*** off. A fifty meter penalty was paid and the match continued without any further issues.
