These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website and Registration in the 21CL Course/s. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website or register, if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.

How our Services Work

Unless otherwise agreed by us in a separate written agreement with you, our Services are made available solely to Students and their parent or guardian and is subject to registration and enrolment upon these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrolment and registration: Enrolment is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation message that the Student has been successfully enrolled in the Course. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment to any Student at our sole discretion.

2. Try it for free: Students can try the first Demo Workshop of a program delivered throughout the school term as an after school program for free. If for any reason the Student does not wish to continue with the rest of the Course, you may cancel the Student’s enrolment by notifying us in writing at any time prior to the second class, with no further obligation. If the Student chooses to continue then the first Workshop Tuition Fee is payable.

3. If the Student is likely to miss a Workshop, please let us know in advance and we will determine if a credit for that session can be applied. However, if a Student does not attend a session and we were not advised prior to the lesson, the Student will forfeit that Workshop without compensation.

Payments

1. Tuition Fees:

   1. We will send you a confirmation email/messagefor the Tuition Fees upon successful enrolment. Tuition Fees are collected up front, on/before the first class and are payable via online payment or Cash Payment.

   2. If you fail to pay the Tuition Fees, we reserve the right to cancel the Student’s enrolment in the Course, in which case the Student will not be allowed to attend any further classes.

2. Cancellations: Tuition Fees are not generally refundable where Students cancel their enrolment. However, we may at our discretion approve refunds on compassionate grounds, so please let us know at the time of cancellation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Under these Terms, 21 Century Learners own all the intellectual property, picture property and contents rights and materials contained in this Website and FaceBook Page www.facebook.com/21CenturyLearners.

You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Restrictions

Students Rules

​Students shall always follow the directions and instructions given by the teacher

1. Students shall respect the teaching staff, administrative staff, parents, and other students at 21 Century Learners at all times. Students shall be kind and helping with other students.

2. Students shall always obey and follow the Facilities Usage Rules.

3. No running, chasing, yelling, sports, and/or fighting is allowed.

4. Students shall respect and use 21 Century Learners property in an appropriate manner. Students shall not move, touch or use any school equipment and/or tools without the permission of the class teacher. Students and Parents are liable for payment of any inappropriate use of the properties by them that cause such damages or loss.

5. Students shall keep the classroom and any properties of the classroom clean and neat. No food or drink is allowed in the classrooms.

6. All vehicles must be parked in the appropiate place without distrubing neigbours and their parking place.

7. Student(s) is liable for any fines, damages, or loss caused by violation of rules.

PARENTS REGULATION

1. Parent(s) shall pick up student(s) on time after the class unless permission is obtained from administrative staff .

2. Parents and/or Student shall notify and obtain pre-approval from administrative staff prior to hold or postpone any class session outside the regular course facilities.

3. Please keep us notified of your current contact details, including any updates from time to time. Each parent or guardian agrees to submit up to date and accurate data about their personal information together with such other Data relevant to the performance of the Services and our Duty of Care.

4. We try to accommodate Student special needs or particular areas of interest. If you have any concerns please let us know.

5. Parents and siblings are not allowed to stay at the class as this can disrupt other Students.

6. Parents shall educate and assist the students to understand and follow Facilities Usage Rules and Student Rules.

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;

• publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;

• using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;

21 Century Learners is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 21 Century Learners and you in relation to your use of this Website and FaceBook Page, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
