After receiving confirmation of abstract acceptance, the presenters should prepare for their presentations in PowerPoint slide. Please read the guideline carefully below:
Time limit:
The duration of the presentation is 8 min and 2 min for Q & A.
Oral presentation content:
There is no specific template for oral presentation, and participants can adopt any of their preferences. However, the slides of presentation must contain the following:
Conference title
Title, Authors, Brief Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements
Presentation slides are recommended to have sufficiently large fonts and clearly legible typefaces to enable audiences to read. Usage of any video, sound effects or animations should be minimised and must be tested prior to presentation time scheduled.
Overall presentation such as slide creativity, presenter attire, confidence, voice and command of audience attention should be emphasised, presenters must turn on their camera during presentation.
The presenter should be enthusiastic and has a deep understanding of the research.
Judging:
Presenters must adhere to the time limit and all criteria as detailed in the rubric as it will be strictly assessed by the judges.

After receiving confirmation of abstract acceptance, the presenters should prepare their presentation in ePoster format according to the guidelines. Please read the guidelines carefully below:
ePoster must include:
Title of the paper, authors, and affiliation
Brief Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements
20th SSC Paper number (given after abstract acceptance)
ePoster must be in landscape orientation (horizontal): height 50 cm and width 90 cm
Must be in single page and converted to PDF, PNG or JPG
Minimum resolution 72-dpi
Maximum file size 5 MB
Judging:
ePoster will be assessed separately before the 20th SSC event day in the absence of the presenter.
Tips for ePoster Preparation
ePosters should be self-explanatory.
Make sure ideas flow logically from one section to the next.
Use charts and graphs to illustrate data (avoid large tables of raw data).
Use high resolution photographs (web images often will not work).
Do not use all capital letters.
