The length of the abstract body must not exceed 250 words. Title, authors’ names and affiliation(s) will not be counted in the word count.
Abstracts should be typed with single spacing.
The title must be in upper case, bold type, 12-point, Arial font.
The abstract body must be in 12-point, Arial font.
Authors' names must be in the following order: Full name including first name, middle name and last name. Student is the first author, and the main supervisor is the last author. Underline the first author’s name, and bold the last author’s name.
Affiliation must be stated as the name of school, university, state and country.
The abstract body should be structured to include Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Keywords of maximum of five should also be provided.
The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and that all information provided is correct before submission.
The content of the abstract cannot be amended after the abstract submission deadline. Care must be taken to avoid grammatical errors.
The Elective Committee shall review the abstracts, and notification of acceptance and mode of presentation (poster or oral) will be informed via email.
