MORNING CONCERT
MORNING CONCERT
10:00am — STUDENT DROP OFF
Students to arrive no later than 10:15am.
Change into costumes on arrival, then parents leave the dressing rooms.
10:45am — THEATRE DOORS OPEN
11:00am — CONCERT #1 STARTS
12:00pm approx. — CONCERT #1 FINISHES
Students leave costumes and dance shoes in the dressing room.
LUNCH BREAK
LUNCH BREAK
12:00–1:15pm
Parents are responsible for their children during the break.
Families are welcome to stay at Koorliny and use the courtyard for a picnic lunch, or leave the Centre and return.
1:15pm — RETURN TO DRESSING ROOMS
Students return to the dressing room and change back into costume. Parents then leave the dressing rooms.
AFTERNOON CONCERT

1:45pm — THEATRE DOORS OPEN
2:00pm — CONCERT #2 STARTS
3:00pm approx. — CONCERT #2 FINISHES
Leave all costumes on the costume racks and take all personal belongings home.

Water only in drink bottles.
No food is permitted in the dressing rooms, theatre or while students are wearing costumes.
