The CRC Hospitality Suite is located in Room 517 and will serve as a casual gathering space throughout the 2026 ASHRAE Region VII CRC.

Stop by between meetings, after scheduled events, or before heading out for the evening to reconnect with friends, meet members from other chapters, and continue the conversations that make CRC such a valuable experience.

The Hospitality Suite is intended to be relaxed, welcoming, and informal — a place for attendees, companions, sponsors, society guests, and regional leaders to gather outside the structure of the official program.

Beverages (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic) and refreshments will be available during posted hours (below). With breakfast bites provided on Thursday and Friday from 7am-9am
