A one hour shift grants you one free event entry. Two gets you two free entries. Three gets you free entries for the whole weekend. (fully free if getting the 3 event package; or about a 80-90% discount if participating in 1 or 2 events.)

Computing and presenting individual awards and "team" scoring would get you free events for the whole weekend.
