Starts will be assigned at 1 minute intervals. Please be checked-in 15 minutes prior to your assigned start. After 3:30, starts will be assigned first come, first served.

GPS: 36.925845, -120.000607 - From CA Highway 99 in Madera, take the exit for Avenue 12 and head east. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Road 30. (This is the first entrance to the college, but not the main entrance, which is past Road 30. Don't go to the main entrance or towards the east side of campus.) Then park in the first lot on your right, and check in is in the alcove of the building that you can see from the parking lot.

Terrain: Madera Community College offers a fun mix of multilevel buildings, plazas, parky spaces, and labyrinthine garden. A nice venue for a sprint.

Map: will be new for the event, ISSprOM, 1:3000 scale for all courses. There are some multilevel areas to add /fair/ spice to the courses. Be familiar with ISSprOM mapping standards - uncrossable walls and fences, olive green out of bounds, and of course, the multilevel stuff. The campus is super flat. Lots of lawns and trees, almost as much as there are buildings and pavement.

Manned Controls? No, just a reminder for the course setter to bring a cone to 6 of the checkpoints. The last column of the "clue sheet" will have a stick figure person. Expect a cone at those holding up the stand.

Walk to the Start: Stone's throw from check-in. The Finish is about 150m away from check-in.
