Greg Adelson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Jack Henry, a leading financial technology provider serving community and regional financial institutions. He brings roughly 30 years in electronic payments and more than 25 years across financial services. Adelson joined Jack Henry in 2011 as Group President of iPay Solutions, was named Chief Operating Officer and later President, and was elevated to CEO in July 2024. He also serves on the company's Board of Directors. In his executive roles he has overseen the company's business lines, technology, infrastructure, and sales, guiding Jack Henry's shift toward open, cloud-based, and payments-centric banking technology. Before Jack Henry, he held senior leadership roles across the payments industry. Adelson holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Texas State University. At the summit, he brings a payments-industry operator's view of how financial institutions modernize and compete.

Marc Brackett, Ph.D. is the Founding Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and a professor in the Child Study Center at Yale University. He is the lead developer of RULER, an evidence-based approach to social and emotional learning now adopted by more than 5,000 schools worldwide. A researcher with 25 years in the field, he has published roughly 175 scholarly articles and secured over $100 million in grant funding studying how emotions shape learning, decision-making, creativity, relationships, and workplace performance. He is the best-selling author of Permission to Feel, translated into 25 languages, and co-created the award-winning How We Feel app. He has delivered keynotes at more than 700 conferences, including the White House and Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. Brackett earned his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of New Hampshire, studying under emotional intelligence pioneer John D. Mayer.

Todd Buchholz is an economist, author, and keynote speaker who has spent his career translating economic forces into practical insight for leaders. He served as Director of Economic Policy at the White House and as Managing Director of the $15 billion Tiger hedge fund, and he later led the G7 Group, an international consulting firm advising major financial institutions. A former Harvard economics instructor, he won the university's Allyn Young Teaching Prize. He is the author of numerous books, including New Ideas from Dead Economists, The Price of Prosperity, and Rush, with work translated into a dozen languages and used at universities such as NYU, Duke, and Princeton. A regular commentator on ABC News, PBS, CBS, and CNBC, he has given keynotes for Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, IBM, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Buchholz holds advanced degrees in economics from Cambridge University and in law from Harvard University.

Annie Hardy is Founder and Chief AI Architect and Futurist of Split Futures, which she launched in 2025 to help organizations navigate the age of AI. She brings two decades of work at the intersection of human behavior and technology, with both corporate and agency experience across Global 500 companies, focusing on “human-in-the-loop” design and sustainable transformation. Earlier she spent more than six years at Cisco, most recently as Global AI Architect and Futurist, helping enterprise partners plan for the demands of the AI era, and before that she founded zeet insights, an Austin-based market and design research firm. A keynote and SXSW speaker, she speaks widely on AI, the future of work, and emerging technology, and draws on human-centered research methods such as design sprints, personas, and journey mapping. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from Austin College. For a financial technology audience, she offers a grounded, human-first perspective on putting AI to work responsibly inside complex organizations.

Marc Rehberger is the founder and Principal Advisor of Anvil & Forge Advisory, a fractional practice he launched in 2026 to help community banks and fintechs navigate high-stakes technology decisions. He brings more than 15 years across banking, fintech, and proptech, and is known for building and deploying AI systems inside regulated financial institutions, systems that have survived compliance review and regulatory examination in production. Most recently, as Senior Managing Director and Head of Tech-Enabled Banking at Customers Bank, he scaled tech-enabled lending across consumer, student, and commercial partners, helped process roughly 500,000 PPP loans totaling about $10 billion, and built the bank's first AI-powered fraud agent through three production iterations. Colleagues describe his approach as thinking like a fintech and acting conservatively like a banker. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University. His session speaks directly to deploying AI where regulation and risk are real.

Dr. Ranjit Tinaikar is a global technology and financial services leader who served as Chief Executive Officer of Ness Digital Engineering, a digital transformation and product engineering firm, from 2020 to 2026. Across more than two decades, his work has centered on modernizing how financial institutions build, deliver, and monetize data and technology. Before Ness, he served as President of Fitch Solutions, where he repositioned the firm's data and analytics business through strategic investment and acquisitions. Earlier, as Managing Director at Thomson Reuters, he led the data and analytics unit serving investment management and advisory clients worldwide and drove a full revenue turnaround. He spent 14 years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising financial services firms globally and founding the firm's IT Strategy and Lean Software Development practices. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's in Industrial Management from IIT, and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay.

Boyd Varty is a storyteller, coach, and wildlife and literacy activist who grew up on Londolozi Game Reserve in South Africa, land his family transformed from a hunting ground into a celebrated nature reserve. Raised among lions, leopards, and elephants, and shaped by mentors including a master Shangaan tracker, he developed “Track Your Life,” a coaching method that applies the ancient art of tracking to help people find direction and purpose. He is a TED speaker and certified Master Life Coach, and the author of two books, the memoir Cathedral of the Wild and The Lion Tracker's Guide to Life. He has been featured in the New York Times and on NBC, and he leads retreats and speaking engagements worldwide on connecting people to nature, community, and authentic purpose. Varty holds a psychology degree from the University of South Africa. He brings a reflective, human counterpoint to a summit focused on technology and change.
