Convenors are responsible for managing paper submission and keeping presenters updated on conference information
Each paper author must submit their abstract via the Submission Form by July 31, 2026 (Friday)
Acceptance letters are expected to be sent by August 15, 2026 (Saturday)

Papers may be submitted as either a full paper or an extended abstract (choose one); specifications are as follows:
Full paper: not to exceed 30,000 characters
Extended abstract in Chinese: 2,500–3,000 characters; in English: 1,500 words or more
Outstanding full papers will be recommended for publication in partner journals.
