Interested in participating in our Local Employer and Vendor Expo and/or sponsoring our event? Our Expo annually provides an exceptional opportunity to connect with a broad cross section of research and development in Ohio, including researchers from local industries such as Core4ce, DuPont, and Thermo Fisher, and government labs including the Air Force Research Laboratory and NASA Glenn Research Center. Faculty and students from local institutions including Ohio State University, Miami University, Case Western Reserve University, the University of Cincinnati, and Ohio University are also frequent attendees. We invite your organization to come to Columbus to meet new clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The show is a great place to introduce your company’s latest offerings and familiarize the audience with your product line. For companies looking for potential employees, our students and postdoctoral scholar attendees represent the next generation of science and technology workers and our Expo is a great opportunity for recruitment!

• Participation as an exhibitor in the Expo begins at a donation of $500, which includes a table and chairs for the expo, as well as registration for the full event for your representative(s). 

• If you wish to support AVS Ohio further, a donation of $750 or more also includes designation of your organization as an official sponsor of our event. Sponsor logos will also be featured on our website, flyers advertising the event physically and on social media, as well as on the welcome materials at the event.

• Additional sponsorship options include sponsoring a coffee break ($300), our awards reception ($500), or a student travel grant for winners of the poster competition ($400), which supports a student traveling to the national AVS meeting, AVS72, in Pittsburgh, PA. The student supported by this grant will acknowledge support from both AVS Ohio and the sponsoring company in their presentation and have your company logo in their slides or poster.
