2026 Conference Rates

Conference registration materials, including payment, MUST BE postmarked and mailed by the listed dates. 

• $215.00 per delegate/advisor postmarked by September 18th (regular registration)

• $250 per delegate/advisor postmarked by September 25 (late registration)

** Late registries are not guaranteed t-shirts and other delegate handouts. 

A complete Registration Packet includes:

• School Registration Form

• School Composite Form

• Principal Approval Form

• Advisor Registration Form for EACH Advisor

• Student Registration Form for EACH Student

• Delegate Behaviors and Responsibilities for each student

• Medical Authorization and Liability forms for EACH Student

• Copy of insurance card for EACH Student

• School or District Check for full registration amount payable to Blythewood High School and mailed to:
