Please check the "Packing List" below for what to bring
Rides for arrival and departure as well as during the retreat, housing arrangement are all finalized and communicated with mentors from each campus, so please check directly with your mentors if you need the information.

Welcome and cannot wait to see everyone! The schedule is updated for semester school retreat, as well as a list of tentative workshops.
Please check the "Travel Info" tab to plan for your travels.
As soon as you've planned your travel, please submit the travel / housing form below so we can arrange rides and housing for you.
Before the retreat, please also submit the Waiver Form and Payment with links below.

Packing List

Bible & Pen

Water Bottle/Thermos for hot tea/coffee

Comfortable clothes + shoes (for 6-7 days)

Sports clothes (rented a sports gym)

Light Jacket/Sweater

Towel

Toiletries

Sleeping bag (depending on host homes - check with your mentor!)

Instructions: To help us avoid a 3% processing fee, we encourage you to link your bank account instead of using a credit card if you are able. Here is the step by step how-to:

Register on the payment link above to create a payment account
Once in the event payment page, click your profile icon on the top right corner

3. Click "My profile and settings" in your account profile page

4. Click "Payment methods" next

5. Click "Add payment method" button

6. A popup window will show up to enter payment methods, and choos "US bank account" to finish linking your account.

7. Go back to the payment link again and complete payment with linked bank account
