The Attendee list the weekend before the conference will go to ALL companies who purchase a booth.
A TOTAL OF 2 name tags with your company’s name on them (2 attendees). You do not register those people. If there are over 2 people from your company you would like to attend, they will need to register as regular attendees. Conference registration opens 8-12 weeks out from the event.
Do NOT send your 2 attendee names in. Your nametags will show your company name on them and you can rotate as long as NO MORE THAN 2 are there at a time. If you have a magnetic nametag it will easily fit over the Trade Show nametags and is a great addition to our general nametag! You will get your company name tags with your booth information when you check in to set up your booth at conference set up.
Additional attendees (beyond your 2 attendees) will need to register for the conference once registration is open. Those registrations cost $200 for CAHED members and $275 for non-members. (CAHED membership is $50 for full members and $75 for associate members). See more info here.
We love our sponsors! Our sponsors have a choice of different sponsorship levels for each calendar year. Floor banners with Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels will be available to display in front of your booth should you choose to become a 2026 CAHED sponsor.
Booths may or may not be on carpet as the flooring around the venue differs. If you want carpet under your table, you will need to bring it.
Booth Purchases are non-refundable after December 31, 2025.
