Coming and Going from Mile High

Arrival and Load In- NEW MANDATORY SECURITY SCREENING PROCESS FOR 2026

• As of October 2025, the NFL requires all NFL stadiums to implement additional screening procedures for any

• person or item entering the building with absolutely no exceptions. This includes the use of metal detectors and

• X-ray machines for all bags, boxes, shipments and other items being brought in. Screenings are meant to check

• for any dangerous items, weapons or outside alcohol being brought into the building. Many standard

• “Gameday” policies (including clear bag policy) are NOT in effect.

• Load-In Options: See attachment labeled Loading Dock Parking (Lot J) - Load-In Instructions & Map for additional details about these options

o Option 1: Lot L Loading Zone – No additional requirements; best for standard or personal vehicles.

o Option 2: Top of the Dock – Additional steps required prior to event day.

o Option 3: Dock Bays – Available to trucks or vehicles with liftgates only; additional steps required prior to event day.

Important Notes & Tips:

• Plan for additional time for this check-in and screening process compared to previous events.

• If you require multiple trips to and from your vehicle during load-in or out, you will be required to go

through this screening each time you re-enter the building.

• Review the Load-In Instructions & Map included with this packet prior to your arrival. There are (3)options for load-in, depending on your vehicle type. You may also unload your vehicles from the parking lot, but you will still need to enter through the North Loading Dock.

Dollies and Flatbeds

• Any flatbeds or dollies at the venue are at a first come first serve basis. If you need a dolly or flatbed for load in, please bring your own to expedite the load in process

Elevators

• For any items brought in on a flatbed and/or dolly, use must use a freight elevator. Only exhibitors not loading in items may use the passenger elevator.

• It is a trek from the North Loading Dock to the trade show floor--please be aware when moving heavy items/be prepared with adequate footwear

Post Event and Load Out

Trash and Recycling

• Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated trashcans and recycle bins throughout the event space. All exhibitors are responsible for taking all items brought into the venue out with them. The venue will dispose of any items left in the event space.

Load Out

• All exhibitors exit the same way they entered the venue – through the North Loading Dock. The venue allows (1) hour for exhibitor load out.
