This international conference has specially invited experts and scholars from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, and Thailand to share the latest developments and international trends in food adulteration and illegal additive detection technologies. It aims to enhance Taiwan's detecting and analysis techniques and broaden its international perspective in the field of food adulteration testing. Through cross-border exchange of expertise and technology sharing, thereby safeguarding consumer safety and rights.
The conference is sponsored by the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), and supported by the Sub-Committee on Standards and Conformance (SCSC) of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). This event is expected to strengthen Taiwan's technical exchange and cooperation opportunities with economies across the Asia-Pacific region, moving towards the goal of mutual benefit and prosperity.
