Suites are based in the Championship Pavilion.

1 x car park pass will be allocated per two hospitality guests.

Further hospitality details will be communicated via our Guest Management System.

Please confirm the main point of contact by Monday 8th June.

Any guest dietary requirements to be confirmed by Friday 21st August.

Anyone eating or drinking in hospitality must be on a ticket regardless of access granted by accreditation.

06:45 | Golf Course Opens

09:00 | Hospitality Opens

09:00 – 11:00 | Breakfast Served

11:00 | Complimentary Bar Opens

12:00 – 15:30 | Lunch Served

16:00 – 17:00 | Afternoon Tea

18:00 | Bar Closes

18:30 | Hospitality Closes and Guests Depart
