All three hotels are conveniently located near the Baird Center. Skywalks connect the Hilton City Center and the Hyatt to the conference center. The DoubleTree is just across the street from the Baird.  Each hotel provides their own restaurants but all three are centrally located in Milwaukee to many of the best eating establishments in Wisconsin.
