Register by January 12, 2025 for Early Bird rates. Standard rates begin January 13 and run through the conference. Lunch cannot be guaranteed if you register at the conference.

Key Contacts for Organizational Profiles only: Please contact the WSRA Administrative Assistant to be sure that the staff members who will attend the WSRA 2025 conference are linked to your school/district/agency. When registering the team for your Organizational Profile, complete all of the staff registrations before clicking the submit button. The WSRA Administrative Assistant can also assist in registration if needed.

Preferred payment is by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card.
You or your organization may choose to pay later, however, payment in full must be paid prior to attending the conference. You will receive an invoice showing the balance due. Forward the invoice to the accounts payable contact in your district/agency immediately if applicable. You will continue to receive payment reminder notifications until the invoice is marked paid by WSRA.

SCHOLARSHIPS: WSRA offers the potential of five scholarships to full-time undergraduate students as well as five graduate scholarships. Submit the online form located here. The deadline is Nov. 15, 2024.
*This conference is not a required component of ACT 20, therefore, federal funding CAN be used to pay for the costs associated with attending this conference.

If you would like to transfer your paid registration to an unregistered person, please contact the Administrative Assistant at wsra@wsra.org by February 5, 2025.

WSRA does not cancel the conference due to weather.
Refunds are not granted for no shows.
A $75 fee will be charged for a paid cancellation received before January 20, 2025. (due to food and beverage orders, and other conference fees based on the number of attendees)

Membership has its privileges—including significant savings on events. Not a WSRA member? Join now! Membership is $45. The membership fee will be included in the online registration if you choose to join. Also, sign up during the Early Bird Special. If you wait too long, the fees go up significantly. If you are a retired educator or undergraduate student, contact wsra@wsra.org for more a discount on membership.

My school district uses a Purchase Order to guarantee payment. To whom should the Purchase Order be emailed?
Please include the Purchase Order number in the online form. Then email the purchase order to the Administrative Assistant at wsra@wsra.org. The unpaid invoice will remain open, however, until the actual payment is made. A purchase order is a promise to pay. It is not a payment.

The confirmation will be emailed immediately upon the completion of the registration. Please look for it in your inbox for the email address used to register. It can also be found in My Profile in the Messages box when you are logged into your account on the WSRA website.

Yes. Please contact the Administrative Assistant at 262-825-7109 or by email to wsra@wsra.org to set up the Organizational Profile for your school, school district, or agency. The organization must agree that each person in the group profile is or becomes a WSRA member.

All attendees must wear their own name tags at all times when at the Baird Center for the WSRA conference.
WSRA is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, and harassment-free environment for attendees.
Please make note of the exits in the Baird Center.
The Help Desk is located on the main floor at the check-in area.
If you're in need of a lactation room while at the conference, please stop at the Help Desk for the key or directions to the space.
Fire code does not permit standing in the back of the room or sitting on the floor. Please use the tables and chairs provided.
Do not leave personal items unattended or to reserve seats for yourself or others.
Attendance at the WSRA conference constitutes consent to be photographed and recorded for use in publicity for WSRA.

A certificate of attendance will be on each person's name tag sheet. Please retain it for your records.
