Thank you for volunteering as a finals judge! You will need to be at TCU from 9 to 1:30 on Saturday, April 5th. Your full agenda is provided below. All items in purple are required for all semifinal judges.
Day 1 and Day 2 events are optional (if you would like more details on these events, you can see them in the Participant Schedule which you can navigate to under the logistics tab on the upper right).
4 - 5 PM - Keynote with V&V alum Fergus Moore and Scott Kennedy (Shaddock Auditorium)
5 - 7 PM - Welcome Reception featuring TCU Mariachi and TCU Ballet Folklorico (Neeley Fountain and Hays Atrium)
9 - 12 PM: Semifinal Pitches (various classrooms)
12 - 1:30 PM: Lunch in Neeley Banquet Room 2303AB or in Gutierrez Hall
1:30 - 3:00 PM: Lightning Round (Shaddock Auditorium)
6:00 - 10:00 PM: Dinner and Entertainment (81 Club, Billy Bob's Texas, Fort Worth Stockyards)

If you are available to attend the Awards Ceremony, you can walk over with the students by meeting at the Neeley Fountain to walk over to the Legends Club
