Fergus Moore is a passionate environmental entrepreneur and co-founder of Revive Eco, a company dedicated to transforming waste into valuable resources. With a background in business and environmental sustainability, Fergus has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions to tackle food waste. His journey began at the University of Strathclyde, where he earned a degree in Business Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Fergus's commitment to sustainability led him to co-found Revive Eco, where he focuses on creating eco-friendly products from coffee waste. His work has earned him recognition as an Eco Impacter by Orangutan Alliance and features in various sustainability publications. Fergus's vision is to create a circular economy where waste is minimized, and resources are maximized, making a significant impact on the environment and society. Fergus is a Values and Ventures Competition alum, winning the Founders Award in 2012.

Michael Soper is the founder, President, and CEO of Legacy Funeral Group, LLC. Since establishing Legacy Funeral Group in 1998, Michael has led the company to become one of the fastest-growing entities in the funeral industry, operating across multiple states. A Texas Christian University alumnus, Michael's career began in financial planning. His passion for the funeral industry was ignited at a Texas Funeral Directors Association conference, leading him to oversee investment management for funeral homes at Southwest Guaranty Trust Company.
In recognition of his contributions across campus, Michael was honored with TCU's 2024 Valuable Alumni Award. His commitment to social entrepreneurship is evident through his generous support of TCU's Values and Ventures Competition. Jim Thames is a retired institutional hedge fund and asset manager from Boston. Jim helped launch Arrowstreet Capital back in 1999 with an emphasis on quantitatively applied investment techniques. The firm has grown to over $200B in assets under management and over 500 employees.

Dr. Melissa Acosta is the Executive Director of Research, Innovation, and Sponsored Programs at JPS Health Network. Prior to her tenure at JPS, she worked at Baylor Scott & White Research Institute, focusing on technology transfer and innovation development.
