For grades 5-12
Want to learn how to become your favorite character? In this club, you'll learn how to determine the identifying pieces of a character's style and ways you can recreate them yourself. You'll also learn some of the basic sewing skills you'll need to start making and altering your own costumes, as well as how to make some foam/cardboard armor. Each week we'll build on the skills we learned at the previous session. No prior sewing skills are necessary.

Join your fellow teens who enjoy crocheting to socialize, snack, and share your creative project ideas. Please bring your own yarn and crochet hook if you have them.

Release your inner rock star! This cardio jam session is as good forthe soul as it is for the body. Join us for a complete physical, mental and emotional workout! Sweat, sculpt, and ROCK in this class that is inspired by drumming. You won't just listen to music -you'll become the music in this exhilarating workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Ripstix provided. Please bring a yoga mat.

Kick off summer with a hike in South Park! Join the Park Rangers for an evening hike to explore the park after dark and learn about the world that wakes up when we go to sleep. We will meet at the Oliver Miller Homestead parking lot. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a flashlight if you'd like.

Do you like Dungeons and Dragons? Then you will love the superhero role-playing game, Marvel Superheroes! It has everything D&D has, PLUS robots, monsters, mutants, aliens and more! Play as your favorite movie or comic book hero (or villian) OR roll up and create your own superhero.

TAB is a group of teen volunteers who aim to help the Library and the community, take an active leadership role in implementing programs and services, and earn volunteer credit while doing it!
