Terms & Conditions

Participation Policies for S.E.E.D Indonesia 2025

By submitting an application to participate in S.E.E.D Indonesia 2025, applicants agree to the following terms:

1. Submission & Confidentiality

• Submitted documents will not be returned.

• All ideas and business plans will remain confidential throughout the review process.

2. Disqualification & Prize Revocation

   Awards may be canceled, and prize money reclaimed if:

• • The submitted project has won a similar competition or is receiving external incubation support.

  • Any form of plagiarism or dishonest conduct is identified.

3. Legal Responsibility

• Participants are fully responsible for any legal consequences resulting from unauthorized use of others’ intellectual property.

• If legal issues arise after the competition, awards may be revoked and liabilities will rest solely with the participant.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

• Participants are strongly encouraged to apply for intellectual property rights before or during the competition.

• The organizers are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from the lack of legal protection.

5. Application Restrictions

• No changes may be made to key application details (e.g., team name, project title, members, category) after the submission deadline.

• However, team members may be dismissed if necessary.

6. Evaluation & Awards

• If no application meets the competition’s standards or goals, no award may be granted.

• Prize amounts and the number of winners may be adjusted based on the quality of submissions.

7. Schedule Changes

• Event details and timelines are subject to change due to organizer circumstances.

8. Health & Safety

• Online participation is recommended when possible.

• All participants must comply with COVID-19 safety protocols for offline activities.
