Shuttle Van Schedule - Monday, July 7, 2025

Conference committees will be waiting to greet you at the airport, located at the end of the escalator by the baggage claim area, with signs.

See the list below for your scheduled shuttle.

*Note:  Those arriving before 1 pm must get on the 1:00 p.m. bus.  There is no room in the next shuttle vans.   

For other scheduled times, if you missed the shuttle, you will need to wait for the next shuttle but the space is limited.
