Dear Attendees,
We are just 6 days away from welcoming you to the NSLDHH 2025 Conference—and we couldn’t be more excited! This is a courtesy email to share some important information and reminders to help you prepare for your trip.
Airport Shuttle Information:
We will have a shuttle van available to pick up attendees from the airport beginning Monday, July 7th. A finalized shuttle schedule can be viewed on another page.
Flying in on Sunday, July 6th?
We recommend booking a hotel near the airport for the night. Once the shuttle schedule is released, you’ll be able to catch a shuttle from the airport to campus on Monday. Alternatively, you can use a non-affiliated airport shuttle service to get to St. Augustine and stay at a nearby hotel. Several hotels are also within walking distance of FSDB. You can search the FSDB address online to explore nearby options.
Lodging Details:
We currently have 144 registered individuals who plan to stay on campus. For those staying on campus, linens and towels will be provided, but please bring your pillows.

Registration: Monday, July 7 | 3:00 – 5:00 PM in Kirk Auditorium. There will be NSLDHH signs guiding you to the location.

We will provide breakfast and lunch each day for all registered attendees:
Breakfast: 7:00 – 8:00 AM (starting Tuesday)
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12 pm to 1 pm, see the schedule on another page.
Gluten-free options will be available to accommodate special dietary restrictions.
Dinner on Your Own – Explore & Enjoy!
Take this opportunity to discover and enjoy the fantastic local dining options around town! Whether you're craving fresh seafood, local flavors, or something quick and casual, there’s something nearby for everyone.
Prefer to explore on foot? Everything is conveniently within walking distance for those who enjoy a good stroll. Vilano Beach is just behind the FSDB campus and easily accessible via the scenic Vilano Bridge. Downtown St. Augustine is also a pleasant walk away—perfect for an evening adventure or a bite to eat.
Happy exploring!
