LaDonna Snyder grew up in Buffalo, New York, and graduated from St. Mary's School for the Deaf in 1986. She earned a degree in Applied Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1988. In the 2000s, she worked at the Texas School for the Deaf as a Day Residential Instructor. She later completed her Bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language in 2007. LaDonna spent a year in Tokyo, Japan, teaching ASL before relocating to Olathe, Kansas, where she worked as a Dorm Teacher at the Kansas School for the Deaf. In 2020, she moved to St. Augustine, Florida, to join the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) as an Instructor Assistant. She now serves as a Staff ASL Instructor at FSDB.
Fun Facts: Iroquois Indian- Cayuga Tribe in New York, support all staff who learn ASL, have four pugs and one mini aussie dog.
