By submitting an abstract, all authors confirm that:
They consent to the inclusion of the abstract and author details in official convention materials (e.g., program, book of abstracts, publicity).
The submission contains no copyrighted content without proper permission.
They agree to have their presentation recorded and used for documentation and dissemination purposes.
All co-authors have reviewed and approved the submission.
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
All presenters for the MTAP-TL 2025 Annual Convention are required to have an ORCID iD. This ensures proper authorship recognition and standardization across all research outputs.

NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE WILL BE SENT ON SEPTEMBER 05, 2025
When submitting your abstract, you will be required to indicate your preferred presentation category. Please choose only one of the following:
Oral Presentation - For authors who wish to present their research through a live talk during the parallel sessions.
Poster Presentation - For authors who prefer to share their work via a printed poster during the designated poster sessions.
Student Poster Presentation - For currently enrolled undergraduate students who wish to join the Student Poster presentation.
The committee reserves the right to assign accepted abstracts to a different category (e.g., from oral to poster) based on content, relevance, and slot availability. Authors will be informed of any such changes in advance.
Once submitted, the MTAP-TL Committee will review your abstract. Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email. Presenters must register and confirm payment by September 10, 2025 to secure their presentation slot.
