1. Enter Player Gross Scores

Write each player’s gross (actual) score on every hole.

2. Record Points

In the “POINTS” row, note the points earned by each team after every hole.

3. Total the Points After 9 Holes

Add up each team’s hole-by-hole points to get their subtotal.

4. Add the Bonus Point

The team with the most points earns 1 bonus point.

If the match ends in a tie, each team gets ½ bonus point.

5. Record Final Score

At the bottom of the card, write the total score (e.g., 6½ to 3½).

6. Sign the Card

One player signs as the Scorer, and another as the Attest.
