• The deadline for submitting your poster is Nov. 27, 2025.

• English is the preferred language for the poster and the abstract.

• Posters should be prepared in A0 size (90 cm wide x 120 cm high).

• All authors’ names and affiliations should be clearly indicated. The presenting author’s name must be underlined (__) and the advisor’s name marked with an asterisk (*).

• Participants in the poster paper competition must be present beside their posters during the designated presentation period to explain their research.

• Posters for competition will be evaluated by the review committee based on content quality, presentation clarity, and responses to questions.

• Awards will be presented as follows:

  • Best Poster Award – First Prize (第一名) (1 recipient): NT$10,000 and a certificate of merit.

  • Best Poster Award – Second Prize (第二名) (2 recipients): NT$5,000 and a certificate of merit.

  • Best Poster Award – Third Prize (第三名) (4 recipients): NT$2,500 and a certificate of merit.

• The awardees will receive a certificate and a cash prize at the closing ceremony of the APBA International Conference.

• Winners who fail to attend the ceremony will be regarded as having forfeited their awards, and no replacement recipients will be appointed.
