WFG Convention Ticket Transfer
Please have the original registrant email the below information to wfgevents@one10marketing.com from the registrant's email on the registration.
For those transferring multiple tickets, including a spouse ticket, please include all of them in one email to help them process everything more efficiently. Then be patient to wait for the next step!
To process your request(s), they will need the following information for both the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder:
Current Ticket Holder:
Confirmation Number:
First Name:
Last Name:
Email Address: (must be the email used during registration)
Agent ID: (if applicable)
New Ticket Holder:
First Name:
Last Name:
Email Address: (must be the email of the person receiving the ticket)
Agent ID: (if applicable)
Once they receive this information from the email of the person who will transfer the ticket out, they will send an email with a registration link to the person who is receiving the ticket in a couple of days. The new registrant will need to complete their registration upon receiving the email. Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to them.
****The responsibility for arranging payment for the ticket lies between the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder.
****Transfer requests must be received and processed by Monday, June 16, 2025, 5 PM PT. Transfer requests received or processed after June 16, 2025, 5 PM PT, will be charged an additional fee. NO transfer requests will be processed onsite or after July 7, 2025.
Team Everest Breakout & Leadership Sessions Ticket Transfer
If you have already registered for the Team Everest Breakout Session and need to transfer your registration to someone else, please feel free to email us at TeamEverestOperation@gmail.com with the following information:
Original registrant’s full name and Agent ID
New registrant’s full name
New registrant’s Agent ID (if applicable)
New registrant’s SMD Name
New registrant’s email address
Which Breakout Session ( English or Chinese)
(If applicable) Will you transfer the Leadership Session Ticket? Yes/No
We will process it once we receive the information in two business days, and a confirmation email will be sent to the original and the new registrants.
The responsibility for arranging payment for the ticket lies between the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder.
Transfer request must be received by July 2nd, 2025, 11:59 PM PST.
