Rebecca Eamon Campbell is an Ontario-based freelance Stage Manager with over 25 years of professional experience in Canadian theatre. A graduate of the University of Calgary with a BFA in Drama, Rebecca has built a dynamic career working as a Stage Manager, Fundraiser, and General Manager in theatres across the country. Passionate about new play development and known for her skillful problem-solving, Rebecca has contributed to numerous productions, including many seasons at Thousand Islands Playhouse. Her credits here include Mary’s Wedding, Sequence (2024), Once, Intimate Apparel,
Baskerville (2023), Jersey Boys (2022), Miss Caledonia (2021), Ring of Fire (2019), and Shirley Valentine (2018). Rebecca’s work has also taken her across Canada, with credits including You used to call me Marie… and The Breathing Hole (NAC Indigenous Theatre); Baskerville (Western Canada Theatre); The Waltz and Heartlines (GCTC); Copenhagen (Soulpepper); and productions with the
St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival, Firehall Arts Centre, Pi Theatre, Globe Theatre, and Bard on the Beach. She has also worked with Alberta Theatre Projects, Vancouver Fringe Festival, Ottawa Fringe Festival, and Upper Canada Playhouse. In addition to her production work, Rebecca has contributed to the broader arts community through her role with the National Arts Centre Foundation and as an educator, having taught Fundraising for the Arts at the University of Ottawa and Stage Management at Queen’s University.
