School Registration

The registration form includes several questions that require you to upload documents 

(a copy of your script, a copy of your programme information, music permissions if applicable, etc.). 

For this reason, you must log in to a google account in order to access the form. If you do not have a google account or are having issues uploading this content to the form, please email Nat at natalie.simard@ocdsb.ca for an alternative registration method.
