Submission Options:
Single Paper: Submit individually; the conference may group 3–4 presenters together.
Symposium: Submit as a group (3–4 presenters) with one chair. We also welcome instructors to collaborate with their students for this format. (歡迎師生組團一起參與!例如:在教學中含有「專題」設計。)
Poster: Submissions for poster presentations are welcome. Posters should be in a portrait layout and printed on thin, lightweight paper or cloth. Standard poster size is accepted (A1, 594mm x 841mm). The dimensions of the poster display boards is 58cm wide and 86cm tall. Ensure your poster fit within these dimensions.
Abstract Acceptance:
Letters of Acceptance & Proof of Participation provided
Presenter registration instructions sent after acceptance
Some presentations may be pre-recorded for asynchronous access
Review Criteria:
1️⃣ Relevance to conference theme
2️⃣ Introduction: theoretical framework, conceptual rationale, or context → research questions/hypotheses
3️⃣ Methods: participants/data sources, measures/research design, and analysis/procedure
4️⃣ Results & Discussion based on findings
5️⃣ Overall quality & scientific originality

Conference Proceedings for Original and Unpublished Papers (with ISBN, formally published 正式出書) (optional)

✨ Peer-reviewed & polished for quality
✨ Initial Manuscript: 4–8 pages, with references limited to 1-2 page (maximum).
Conference Presentation Guidelines:
For both onsite and virtual presentations, presenters should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session to allow adequate time for preparation.
Presenters are also expected to remain for the full duration of the session to participate in discussion and interaction.
Note. Every effort will be made to adhere to the published schedule; however, presentation times may vary, especially within a session, due to unforeseen circumstances.
