This year’s missional offering will support campus ministries across the Alabama-West Florida Conference.
Laity Celebration
Laity Celebration
The laity celebration will be an exciting time of food, fellowship, fun and important information about what to expect at the annual conference. We will have delicious food catered by local restaurants. We will also discuss important topics like voting procedures, legislation, and constitutional amendments that will be ratified during the conference. It is a great chance to meet other laity from around the conference and to become prepared to serve as lay delegates during the conference. Plan to arrive Sunday, June 8th at 6:00 pm in the Wesley Abbey. The entire event is free!
Please note the dress code is casual, and the event is open to all.

ARM Snack Bar
The Alabama Rural Ministry Snack Bar is located in the Great Hall of Wright Place. Stop by to get a pick-me-up and help a local ministry at the same time.
Snack Bar Hours:
Sunday, June 8- 4:00pm until 6:30pm
Monday, June 9- 7:30am until 4:45pm
Tuesday, June 10- 7:30am until close of conference

Navigating Pensacola First UMC
All worship services will be held in the sanctuary (building 1). The Laity Celebration on Sunday night will be held in Wesley Abbey (building 6). The clergy session on Sunday night will be held in the Henry Roberts Activity Center (building 4). Business sessions of Annual Conference will be held in the Henry Roberts Activity Center (building 4). Registration, the ARM Snack Bar and exhibitor displays will be in The Wright Place (building 3).
Please remember to return your name badge at the close of annual conference. We appreciate your conscientiousness in maintaining the cleanliness of our host site.
