Summer Learning Kick-Off: 

Adventure Begins at the Library!

Saturday, June 1st between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. 

For all ages

The BPPL proudly announces a performance by entertainer extraordinaire, Howard Mincone. Howard's performances combine movement, comic mime, stand-up comedy, and juggling. With his very unusual and hilarious performance, Howard has become one of the most popular entertainers for fairs, festivals, variety shows, corporations, and special events across North America.

His performance will begin at 2 p.m., but come earlier or stay later to register for Summer Learning 2024! You'll want to grab your road map and begin your adventure as soon as possible so that you can earn coupons and prizes to enjoy all summer long!

No registration required for the Kick-Off. 

Microphone Mondays

Mondays, June 10th & July 8th at 6:30 p.m.  

For all ages

Come belt it out! It's karaoke for the family. We also welcome instruments, poetry, comedy, etc. 

Register the first of each month.

Ice Cream, You Scream Story Time Party!

Wednesday, July 24th at 3 p.m.

For all ages

Gear up for National Ice Cream Day at the Library! Join us for stories, songs, and ice cream, of course! What adventurous toppings will you use?

Family Movie Nights

Fridays, June 28th, July 19th & August 16th at dusk.

We are teaming up with the Recreation Department to offer you outdoor movie nights! Bring your blankets or lawn chairs and your favorite movie snacks, and enjoy a night out!  

No registration necessary. 

Art & Music Festival

Saturday, July 27th from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.  

For all ages

Enjoy a day of FREE music and art with us on the grounds of the Community Center and the Schoolhouse Arts & History Center. The event will feature over 60 local artists, live music performances all day, food trucks, raffles, and The Splash Park! Sponsored by the Fantastic Four Charities of Bethel Park and the Bethel Park Recreation Department.
