Recital Ticket Information – Please Read Carefully!

To ensure a smooth ticketing process, please read all details before purchasing. We are not responsible if you purchase tickets for the wrong show or purchase tickets included in your tuition without coupon code.

Ticket Sales Schedule

 Wave 1 – Opens May 2nd at 8:00 AM EST
➡️ For families with 4 or more cumulative recital classes
➡️ Limit: 6 tickets per show

 Wave 2 – Opens May 4th at 8:00 AM EST
➡️ For families with 3 or fewer cumulative recital classes
➡️ Limit: 6 tickets per show

 Wave 3 – Opens May 10th at 9:00 AM EST
➡️ Additional tickets available (no purchase limit)
➡️ Sales open to the general public

Final Ticket Release: On May 10th, remaining seats will be available for purchase without restrictions.

Important Ticket Policies

✅ Zero Balance Required – Your studio account must be fully paid before purchasing tickets. If you purchase tickets before paying your balance, your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
❌ If you exceed your ticket limit or purchase with a balance due, your order will be canceled and NOT refunded.
✅ One Order Per Family – Do NOT have multiple family members purchase separately.
❌ Orders that do not match a performer’s name or duplicate orders for the same performer will be canceled.

Comped Tickets

Thanks to our all-inclusive pricing, families will receive complimentary tickets based on the number of recital classes taken:

• 1 Recital Class → 2 Total Comped Tickets

• More than 1 Recital Class → 4 Total Comped Tickets

How to Redeem:
✔️ A coupon code will be emailed to you.
✔️ You MUST enter the code at checkout to redeem your comped tickets.
✔️ No refunds will be issued if you forget to apply the coupon!

Ticket Pricing & Seating

$15 – Adults
$12 – Students (17 & under) & Seniors (65+)
$35 – Day Pass (all 3 shows)

🎟️ All attendees must have a ticket if they require a seat.
👶 Children 3 & under may sit on a lap without a ticket.
🚫 Dancers performing do NOT need a ticket – seats are reserved for them

Where is my coupon code?

Your coupon code will be emailed to you directly from Dance Recital Ticketing. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from them.

What is the difference between a recital and a non-recital class?

Only recital classes count toward your total number of classes for ticket purchase waves and comped tickets.

Non-recital classes include:
❌ Acro Classes
❌ Technique Classes
❌ Creative Kids Corner
❌ Parent & Me

These do not count toward your recital class total.

I ordered my tickets but forgot to use my coupon code. Can I get a refund?

No. We are not responsible if you forget to enter your coupon code at checkout. No refunds will be issued.

Do I get my complimentary tickets per show, or is that my total?

Your comped tickets are the total amount your family receives, not per show.

✔️ You can purchase additional tickets during your ticket wave if you need more.

What if I bought a ticket but no longer need it?

Tickets cannot be refunded. However, once general admission tickets become available, you can swap your ticket directly through Dance Recital Ticketing.
