Attendees of the MDPCP Advanced Primary Care Staff Training Academy may claim Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits or receive a certificate of completion. 

To claim up to 4.5 CMEs (clinicians) or receive a certificate of completion (non-clinicians), please note the instructions listed below: 

• Complete the pre-test survey, available until 5:00 pm EST on Thurs, June 27, 2024 (the day before the Staff Training Academy).

• Attend live the virtual Staff Training Academy on Fri, June 28, 2024, from *8:30 am – 1:00 pm EST. 

• Complete the post-test survey, available until 5:00 pm EST on Fri, July 12, 2024.

*Time spent during the live Staff Training Academy will be tracked, and CMEs will be issued based on the number of hours present. Therefore, you should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of your participation in the training.

This pre-test will be open to complete from June 17th  – 27th.
