｜Registration Policy｜
All participants should register to obtain access to the technical sessions and proceedings.
Early bird registration at a rate is due by April 07. Registration is considered complete only if the registration fee is paid.
All accepted papers registration and payment should be made by April 07, to be retained in the final program.
All accepted papers must be registered and presented at the symposium.
Registration fees include admissions to all sessions including opening ceremony, technical/poster sessions, lunch, banquet, young scholar’s night, and coffee breaks.
Cancellation should be made by March 31, 2024, for refund. We will refund the registration fee after imposing a processing fee.
Your registration is not refundable after April 1, 2024. No refunds are given for no-shows.
On-site registration accepts New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) cash.

｜Cancellation and Refund Policy｜
If you have already registered for ISRS 2024 but find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please contact the CSPRS secretariat at scc@csprs.org.tw to request a refund and cancel your registration. If we receive a written notice of cancellation before March 31, 2024, we will refund the registration fee after imposing a processing fee. Refunds are NOT available after April 1, 2024.
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the Secretariat by e-mail or fax.
Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.
