RP Sign-up Instructions & Forms

1. The RP convention program (for 3 days) is announced first for you to view the schedule and the abstracts on Sunday evening May 4, 2025.

2.  You may look at the categories and the topics that you find interesting from the schedule.

3. The sign-up session (as an audience member for the papers that you would like to listen to) for the CCIII RP Convention of 2025 will be from 12 noon Monday May 5, 2025 to Friday May 9, 2025, noon. 

4.  The sign-up will be conducted online, and BELOW are the links for signing up for the RP convention. Please sign up carefully.

5.  Please sign up for TWO of the Three days of the Research Paper Convention (May 20, May 27, and June 3, 2025).

Please DO NOT sign up for the day you are presenting your papers. Your name will be keyed in by CCIII Teaching Assistant for that day.

Note: The names posted on the RP schedule are those of the paper presenters.

6.  Please remember that there is a limited quota reserved for student listeners for each classroom (the maximum is 15 - 17 students including the presenters in the room).

Please fill in your names and select your sections using the Google Form provided.

Please find another classroom to participate in if the room you intend to sign up for is full. Otherwise, we will randomly assign you to a vacant classroom later.

7.  Please note that those students who have not signed up after the sign-up session ends (Friday noon May 9, 2025) will be randomly assigned to vacant classrooms.

8.  The sign-up results for the research paper convention will be posted on the website on May 13, 2025, Tuesday evening.
