SOAP Schedule

• Presentation Time:

(1) For Groups with 4 members:
Maximum 40 minutes of presentation + 10 minutes of Q&A

(2) For Groups with 5 members:
Maximum 50 minutes of presentation +10 minutes of Q&A

please DO NOT present for less than 30 minutes

• Presentation Skills:

Please remember to do the following:

A) Speak to the audience and make eye contact with all members, not just the professor evaluating you

B) Speak clearly, at a good pace, and do not speed through presentation documents

C) Do not sway back and forth, make abrupt unnecessary gestures, play with your hair, or your clothes, while you  are presenting

D) Refrain from overusing fillers like "uhm," and "ahh" when you are speaking

E) Learn how to use the remote effectively.

F)  Time yourselves well.
